This team is hard to watch

I love the tigers but this team had struggle hitting. Our pitching staff has done well this year. We have lost three games were we only allowed 3 runs. I’m pretty sure most of the games I have watched we have 5 hits or less as a team.

we are starting a lot of freshmen. they will get better with experience. the coots and notre dame both are playing a lot of seniors and juniors. i look for this team to be a hard out by the end of the year when we get everyone healthy

I know we do have a couple guys still out. Just odd to me how many fresh an RS fresh are playing. Oh well, they’ll grow up quick

I agree we are very young. I see a ton of freshman playing. But we were 14-3 last year before the season was ended. Mostly the same players are back with freshman taking over some spots.

Hate to be negative but we have been bad at hitting and base running for some time now. Like the post above, there should be improvements in those areas but I see none.

It is frustrating but I’d rather have a slow start and hope get things rolling. Pitching is there if offense gets it we are fine. Curious about bo and few others guys. I had a friend talk with a former tiger player yesterday and said monte and them have two more good classes coming in. If we had to go get someone man go get someone young. But also wouldn’t mind welcoming Corbin back or Sullivan.

Pitching. And out pitching is the best I can remember in recent years.
It does need to be addressed and quickly, but we aren’t far off.
