Mickey,

I thought it was interesting to see Sammy wearing a paw and an orange tie at the NFL draft. It was also very cool to see Dabo, Chad MorrisChad Morris

there with Sammy at the draft. Do other schools and coaches do this? Can Clemson benefit from the publicity? Thanks.

Frank

Frank,

I noticed the tie and paw and thought that was a nice touch. I didn't notice any other player with their logos. I did notice several coaches there in recent years. Last night I saw Kevin Sumlin of Texas A&M there. I think Clemson can honestly sell the family atmosphere in its football program. Coach Swinney is always talking about how Clemson is different and part of that is the family aspect. I think last night was a perfect example of that.

Mickey,

Wasn't the ACC baseball tournament moved away from Greenville because of the confederate flag being put up at the state capital building?  If that is the case, is that also why they haven't returned the ACC baseball tournament to Greenville?  Thanks!-

David

David,

The way I remember it the tournament was moved after a few coaches complained about competitive balance. I don't think some liked the fact Clemson had such a big home field advantage with the crowd. I think the confederate flag issue came up with the NCAA at a later date.

Mickey,

I heard you radio show today and agree that there will be a lot more Bills fans around Clemson now. I know I have never been a fan but will certainly pull for the team now. Good luck Sammy! Go Tigers! Go Bills!

Mark

Mark,

I was at dinner last night at a restaurant in Clemson and the place erupted when the Bills picked Sammy. I can see many fans adopting the Bills now. I think a lot of die-hard fans of other teams will now have the Bills as their second favorite team now. I also think it will be interesting to see how many Clemson fans would go to Syracuse in 2015 if the Bills were playing a home game or how many Tiger fans will go to Charlotte or Atlanta when the Bills play the Panthers or Falcons.

Mickey,

Any idea when your signal at 105.5 will be up to 100 percent. We can't get you guys in Simpsonville anymore. Fix it soon man.

Lee

Lee,

We are waiting on word from the FCC. I have been told that that process is well underway and we should get word from them soon. Hopefully by next week we can turn the power up to 100 percent. Sorry for inconvenience.
