So far he hasn't disappointed. And last week, on one of the biggest stages of the season, Watson displayed his impressive skills to the fullest, totalling 440 yards of offense and generating eight touchdowns as Gainesville defeated arch-rival North Hall 55-15.

The performance has earned Watson the Gainesville Jaycees Player of the Week award.

Watson has amassed almost 1,000 total yards of offense this season and will use his dual-threat capabilities to help the Red Elephants (2-1) chase a fourth straight region title.
