Hopper is the 3rd commitment for the 2012 Clemson recruiting class.

He had 1,359 rushing yards with 18 touchdowns on the ground as a junior, and added 39 receptions for 465 yards and five touchdowns while earning all-Mecklenburg first team and all-state honors.

UPDATE: High school teammate and Clemson target, Nicholas Dawson won best linebacker award at the same event.
