Justin Meredith(6-5, 220 pounder) grew up a big Clemson fan and finally got his offer over the weekend.
Meredith caught 24 passes for 275 yards and a touchdown as a sophomore, and caught 20 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns in Hanna's ground-attack offense as a junior. Meredith has offers from Clemson, LSU, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, N.C. State, Duke, Wake Forest, Maryland and Cincinnati, and said that he has taken visits to several other schools. According to Saturday Down South: "Justin Meredith looks a lot more like a receiver at this point than a tight end, but that’s not hindered schools when it comes to offering him a chance to play football." "If he can keep his speed and 35 inch vertical after packing on some pounds, he’ll be a real threat."
