 As a junior, he had 120 tackles and 5 sacks. He took an unofficial visit to the Clemson-BC game in 2011. He took an unofficial visit to Clemson for Elite Junior Day in Jan. 2012. Committed to Clemson on 6/19/2012. He is the cousin of DE Carlos Watkins. Key figure on the Chargers’ defensive line in two consecutive treks to the 3AA state finals.
