Before Clemson: Rated as the #119 offensive tackle in the nation and #3 player in Delaware by Scout.com ... #36 player in the Mid-Atlantic region by SuperPrep ... joined Josh Watson as the first Clemson signees from Delaware since Jim Bundren in 1993; he went on to become an All-American in 1997 as an offensive lineman and started 47 straight games ... coached by Mark Delpercio at Middletown High School ... recruited by André Powell ... chose Clemson over Boise State, Brigham Young, Maryland, and Virginia.
