Last week, Kiper had said this about DeAndre Hopkins: "Great hands. He was the go-to guy for Tajh Boyd," Kiper observed of Nuke. "It wasn't Sammy Watkins, who had that great freshman year. It was Hopkins. You think about a kid like this, if he moves forward, I think you could figure in the second-round area."
