has left Sunday's game in Cleveland with an injured left shoulder and will not return, the Bills said.

The NFL's leading rusher was hurt as he was tackled following a 25-yard gain on a short pass up the middle. Spiller stayed on the ground for several minutes before he was helped to his feet. He grasped his left arm as he walked off before being carted to the locker room.

The Bills confirmed through their Twitter feed that Spiller had a shoulder injury and would not return to the game..


Chan Gailey in a WGR550 radio interview said that "CJ Spiller will likely miss next week vs. New England but does not expect Spiller to miss much longer."
