Dwayne Allen is the starting TE, not Coby Fleener. Fleener is running with the second team. Obviously, it is waaaaaaaaaay to early to make anything major of this, but the impression it creates is the Colts are more comfortable with Allen (3rd round pick, 64th overall) as the every down TE over Fleener (2nd round pick, 34th overall).
