According to the NFL Network:

"Clemson defensive end Da'Quan Bowers will not attend any draft activities in New York, his agent, Joe Flanagan, confirmed Thursday. Bowers made the decision to stay with his mother, family and friends in Bamberg, S.C. months ago and hasn't waivered, even though he was invited to attend the draft and surrounding activities, Flanagan said."
