TJ Williams is just a natural playmaker on the field. In consecutive games, Williams had 90+ yard kickoff returns for touchdowns. For the season, he is averaging 42 yards on kickoff returns.

"I just try and make a big play everytime I have the ball in my hands. Sometimes we have a lot of success running the football, so I don't get many catches. This past Friday I had 2 catches for 23 yards, and I took a reverse 25 yards."

Coach Swinney is recruiting Williams for the Tigers. Swinney continues to prove himself as one of the top recruiters in the southeast. Williams could possibly be the next commitment to fall for Swinney, but a timetable has not been set for that decision.

"Clemson is still up there, but I am not sure when I will make my decision. I have been there for an unofficial visit, and I am trying to set up my official visit with Coach Swinney now."

Williams is considering Georgia, LSU along with Clemson, but Florida State has been the school that could threaten Clemson's chances with Williams.

"I haven't really heard from FSU much. I was at the game against Clemson. I saw Coach Swinney, but didn't have time to talk to him much."

Quentiz Ruffin, Clemson commitment and William's teammate, has stayed on top of recruiting Williams to Clemson.

"Quentez is always talking to me about coming to Clemson. At the Clemson game, he was telling me the whole game, I should be there with him. Everyday when we get out of weightlifting, he talks to me about it. He is not going to let me forget about Clemson, I promise you that."

Coach Swinney will be on hand for Williams and Ruffin's game this Thursday night against Lincoln High School.
