One of the top offensive lineman in the Carolinas is Landon Walker. Walker has remain relatively quietly through the middle of May. Walker has offers from Clemson, East Carolina, NC State, and North Carolina.
The Tigers and Wolfpack may be the two teams to beat for Walker. "Clemson and NC State are my two favorites. I am familiar with both. The coaching staffs have been at each school for awhile. I have been to NC State's camp the last three years, so I know Coach (Chuck) Amato pretty well." Walker says it is likely he will make a commitment before the summer is over. "I would be surprised, if I started my senior year uncommitted. I have a pretty good idea of what it is going to be, right now. I want to focus on my senior season, and be able to look ahead at where I will be. It is not fair to the coaches and myself, if I know what I want and put it off." Clemson remains high on Walker and Gainesville, Georgia's Nick Claytor. We will continue to track these prospects.
