He is a competitive kid who does not have great height, but has a fairly thick and muscular build as well as good hips and quick feet. Every time we see him he performs well and Stewart has the tools to be a good, productive college corner. He said he has picked up offers from Auburn, Clemson, Nebraska, and Pitt since we last saw him."

UPDATE: Tigernet talked to Trevon Stewart this afternoon and the ESPN report that he has a Clemson offer is not true.

"I do not have an offer from Clemson. I still plan on going to camp in June" said Stewart.

As a junior, he moved back to safety and still tallied over 100 tackles despite missing three games, and he said that former Clemson cornerback Marcus Gilchrist is someone he patterns his game after.
