June is here and now more and more prospects will begin taking unofficial visits. Drew Traylor has already taken three unofficial visits. He has seen Georgia Tech, Clemson, and South Carolina.
"We just put together a plan, and we hit all three. It wasn't real difficult." Traylor was impressed on all three visits and had positive remarks for each school. "Georgia Tech has a solid foundation. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I like what I saw. They are a team that goes to bowls every year, and I might could come in there and play pretty early. South Carolina is like Georgia Tech, because it is in a big city. My family has a lot of South Carolina fans in it. Some of them were pretty excited, when I took a visit there. They are making a lot improvements on the field and off the field. Coach (Brad) Lawing told me what he expects out of a defensive end. He said I am the type player they are missing. He said they are going to have make some adjustments this year, but he seemed pretty excited. Clemson has a beautiful campus. They have their new facility being built, which is really nice. They have a great academic support center. I can see why their graduation rate is so high. They really look after their players in the classroom. They are gonna be losing some defensive ends this year, so I would have a chance to come in and compete right away." What's next for Traylor? "I have camps set up with LSU, Alabama, and Auburn. None of those three have offered me yet. I would like to make a good showing at those camps and build up some more offers." Traylor did say his decision is not near and it could be during his season or late before he makes a decision.
