The Atlanta Journal Constuition selects their top 11 players in the state of Georgia annually and puts them on their Super 11 list. 2018 Clemson commitments quarterback Trevor Lawrence, defensive back Kyler McMichael, and defensive end Justin Mascoll that was
recently named to AJC's Super 11 team.
Clemson's coaching staff has invaded the state of Georgia for the last several years handpicking some of the best recruits in the state of Georgia including former Clemson signal caller Deshaun Watson. "Clemson signed four [Super 11] in 2013 — Watson, Korie Rogers, Demarre Kitt and Adam Choice — and won a national title three years later," AJC stated. "Alabama signed four in 2011 — Dillon Lee, Dalvin Tomlinson, Kenyan Drake and Geno Smith — and won a national title four years later. No other out-of-state team has gotten as many as four." According to the AJC, 77 Super 11 players are currently playing in the NFL.
