Hayden visited TigerTown with his father, brother and one of his friends.

TigerNet spoke with Hayden on Sunday morning and got his take on his first visit to Clemson. "The visit went really well. I liked how beautiful the campus was! I also enjoyed seeing Howard's Rock and watching practice," said Hayden.

He was able to spend some time with some of the Clemson coaching staff. "I got to talk to Coach Elliot and Coach Brooks. They were very nice and you can tell they know a lot about the game of football!"

The speedy athlete plays running back and defensive back for St. George's Independent. In 2014, he had 1758 rushing yards (1951 total yards) and 20 touchdowns with an average of 8 yards per carry. Defensively, he had 42 tackles, 18 pass deflections and two interceptions.

Hayden received the following awards after the season - 1st-team All-State, Region Player of the Year, District MVP and 1st-team All-Region. He was put in the offensive recruiting tour group at Clemson.

He said that he wants to visit Clemson again and his favorites are currently "Ole Miss, Tennessee, Auburn, Mississippi state, Clemson and Duke are my top schools." Growing up his favorite schools were Clemson and Tennessee.

The young running back prospect is the son of former Tennessee standout running back Aaron Hayden.
