Craig Stevens was a hard man to find on Sunday, but he did not intentionally go into hiding. He missed his plane ride back to Tallahassee, and he spent an extra day in Clemson.

"I missed the plane on the way back, so I stayed another day. We were confused on the time of the flight. All the other Tallahassee flights were sold out."

Other than the plane mishap, Stevens really enjoyed his official visit to Clemson.

"It went good. I had a lot of fun. It was small town atmosphere. They were telling me how everybody comes pouring in on gameday. They said you can't hear. They said it is the loudest stadium out there. I liked that. I like the Hill. I liked that tradition, too."

Stevens was hosted by Rendrick Taylor, and the two connected very well.

"He was real cool. We are kind of alike. He sits back in the background and doesn’t say much. He never talks over anybody. He is big! He is the biggest wide receiver I have ever seen."

Stevens had his exit interview with head coach Tommy Bowden before leaving campus.

"He was just telling me how that Clemson is the right place for me to go. He said they were offering everything that I wanted. He is real cool coach."

A decision could be nearing for Stevens. He has taken all of his official visits, and a decision will likely come by the end of the week.

"I do not know when I am going to make my decision. I am going to try and do it by Friday. It will probably just be me making the decision. My mom has really just left it up to me."

We will continue to track Stevens closely this week, as he nears a decision.
