View Full Profile is visiting the Clemson campus this weekend on an official visit, and there were some on Twitter that said Carter was officially a Tiger now.

However, TigerNet talked to someone close to Carter, and he does not yet have an offer from the Tigers. He is scheduled to meet one on one with head coach Dabo Swinney tomorrow morning so an offer could come then.
