“I talked to the tight ends coach and he sent me Coach Muschamp’s number on Facebook,” Rochell said. “So I called Muschamp and then we talked and then he told me. It was just the average stuff you would think a coach would tell me about the program. He talked to me about academics, but just really your typical stuff.”

Although Rochell had expressed earlier interest in Florida, this phone call marked the first time Rochell had ever spoken to Muschamp. The Eagles’ Landing Christian standout came away impressed with the Gators’ head coach.
