From Trent Dilfer of ESPN:
"Maybe the highest ceiling athletically of this group [Elite 11 QB's]. Tremendous athlete, he's strong. He has a strength that most 17-18 year olds don't have. He plays like a man, whether its running the ball or throwing the football. Highly competitive like all the guys that made the final 11. Once again a guy that can learn. He came into the Elite 11 maybe a little edgy, a little cocky, wasn't sure what he was getting himself into and was humbled very quickly early in the week but adapted to that environment and the challenges of it and embraced it. I overloaded these guys with a NFL playbook week one installation of training camp so they had to learn in two days what NFL quarterbacks learn in the first week of training camp. Chad was one of the guys that dove into the playbook, stayed up all night, refused to not know the offense and go out the next day and get called a play that he did not understand or that he did not grasp. So cause of his ability to learn , his athletic ceiling, he is going to have a tremendous career."
