(Denver, Colo./Mullen) announced for the Huskies.
"It was where I felt the most comfortable and where I felt I had the best connection with the coaches," Miles said. "Everything I was looking for in a school, Washington had. I love the pro-style offense, that's what I wanted to play in and I think they can best prepare me to meet my goals to play at the highest level.
"The coaches were always sincere with me and I think the Huskies are definitely a team on the rise. The academic support system is unbelievable and the coaches and players have great relationships with each other and that meant a lot to me as well. Plus I love the Pac-12 and I'm excited to be a part of this rising program."
Clemson had offered Miles for next year's recruiting class.
Last season in a pro-style offense, he passed for 2100 yards with 20 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. And he rushed for 600 yards and 7 touchdowns.
