has committed to play for the Clemson Tigers.

“This is a big one for Clemson,” according to ESPN’s Dave Telep. “He’s a guy that flew below the radar but we evaluated to be a high major prospect this summer. There wound up being a little tussle between the Tigers and Gamecocks for his services.

“Austin’s not only a good kid and a good student he’s a kid who can score the basketball. It’s a big in-state win for (head coach) Brad Brownell.”
