According to Mike LaPlante of ESPN:
Clemson has offered this 2012 Power forward from the state of Georgia.
"Carter has shot up the 2012 rankings and is considered one of top 10 players at the loaded power forward position. His game forces matchup problems for opponents because he can either go to work in the low post or beat you from the perimeter in pick-and-pop situations. He is also an outstanding rebounder who snatches anything he gets his hands on."
