From Jamie Newberg of ESPN:

Marshall has lined up three official visits -- Georgia (Sept. 9), Notre Dame (Oct. 21) and Florida (Nov. 25). In an email, he said he would take all five official visits.

At this point, Marshall's top 12 are Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Stanford and USC.

He could cut that list in half in the next week or so. Marshall's plan is to announce at the Under Armour All-America Game in January.

Rushed for 1,600 yards and 20 touchdowns as a junior. 1,166 yards and 12 touchdowns as a sophomore. Marshall is following in the footsteps of his father, Warren, who starred collegiately at James Madison University and was a sixth-round NFL draft pick by the Denver Broncos in 1987. Grew up a Georgia Bulldog fan and he has said that distance from home will not a factor in his decision-making process.

He has made unofficial visits to Duke, NC State, North Carolina, and Clemson. He has committed to play in the Under-Armour All-America Game in Florida. #1 rated player and 5 star recruit based on the 2012 AthleteVault NC/SC Rankings.
