Jadeveon Clowney, the No. 1 prospect in the nation and the defensive end out of South Pointe High School, did not particpate in Shrine Bowl practice on Thursday. The practice was held at the Brynes High gym due to the weather, but Clowney was taken to the hospital for a precautionary MRI on his shoulder which he first injured in the state championship game.

SC Shrine bowl head coach Mickey Moss said that Clowney's status for the Shrine Bowl will based on the results of the MRI.
