Clowney recently went to Alabama on an official visit with his mother and coach. He is now unsure whether he will decide on a school before National Signing Day.

"Clowney mentioned to me that he may want to wait and make his decision and sign on his birthday," South Pointe coach Bobby Carroll said. "His birthday comes almost two full weeks after signing day, Feb. 14, Valentine's Day," according to ESPN's Jamie Newberg.

Clowney is still scheduled to be on Clemson's campus on Jan. 28th and should be the only official visitor.
