His top 12 schools were Alabama, Baylor, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Temple, and West Virginia according to his Twitter account.

Young has 28 national offers with Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Iowa, LSU, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, Toledo, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and others.
