Sills, a young QB phenom was groomed by several QB guru's growing up. He was recruited by former USC head coach Lane Kiffin at the age of 12. He had been committed to USC since the 7th grade.

In his freshman 2011 season, he totalled 2,340 yards and 28 touchdowns.
