(Scottsdale, Ariz./Chaparral) has offers from over 50 schools but recently cut his list to a final 13.
The two-way standout and No. 28 overall player is being recruited as a receiver and cornerback. He was one of the standouts at the Gridiron Kings event in Orlando, Fla., and is easily among the most explosive players in the region.
"In no order, my final 13 are Washington, Arizona, LSU, BYU, Boston College, Ohio State, Georgia, Auburn, Utah, USC, North Carolina, Miami and Oregon State," Neal said. "I have a good relationship with all those schools and I also wanted to show some loyalty to the schools like BYU and Boston College who offered me before anyone else."
As a junior, he had 37 catches for 900 yards and 11 touchdowns.
