said Wednesday that he tries to use his talents to help his teammates earn looks from colleges and universities.

Nkemdiche and his head coach at Loganville's Grayson High School - Mickey Conn - were in Atlanta at the Georgia Dome for the media luncheon promoting this weekend's Corky Kell Classic, which will be held at the dome. Grayson plays McEachern at 11:45 a.m. Saturday morning.

Nkemdiche was asked about his recruiting, and he said he has tried to use his status to help his Grayson teammates.

"Me and my teammates are really close," he said. "I want to help them. They don't ask me to, but I want to use my talents and all that hype on me to help them. I try to help them as much as I can."
