All are worthy honorees, with Roland, Davis and Rowe all tabbed for next week’s Shrine Bowl. Moore and Hannon will play for the North squad in Saturday’s all-star game at Doug Shaw Stadium.

But Lexington’s star athlete and South Carolina commitment Shaq Roland might have a trend on his side. Each of the past three years, the Mr. Football honoree — Jadeveon Clowney, Marcus Lattimore and Stephon Gilmore — has been a USC signee.
