View Full Profile ' stepfather James McMiller says that Watkins has not made any declarations for the NFL draft yet.

However, Watkins is expected to declare for the NFL draft today in a press conference.

Speaking Sunday night on his way back to South Carolina, James McMiller said, “Sammy hasn’t declared or released any information. We saw those reports, too. I don’t know where they’re getting that, but Sammy hasn’t released anything.”
