WATCH: Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long warn Cowherd about Clemson fans |
NFL analysts Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long were on 'The Herd show' recently and talked about Colin Cowherd calling the Clemson Football team a "fraud" before the ACC Championship.
Bradshaw and Long said that Cowherd probably should not visit Clemson anytime soon after his disparaging comments.
"Clemson is a fraud," Cowherd said previously on his show. "Clemson is going to get their ears boxed by whoever they play. They should have three losses, maybe four. I don't buy into Clemson. They are the New York Giants of college football. I don't care what their record is. I don't buy into them. I have Clemson in the final four so I should be rooting for them."
After Clemson won the nation title back in the beginning of January, Dabo Swinney took some time in the postgame press conference to retaliate and call out Cowherd, saying he is the real fraud.
Cowherd was congratulatory to Swinney on his radio show recently.
“All I can say to Dabo Swinney is, you’re a hell of a coach, you made college football better," Cowherd said. "You gave me gave me four-and-a-half hours – the game was a tad long – but four-and-a-half hours of great entertainment. And your players showed such great character in the most crucial moments. I couldn’t be happier for Clemson.”
