Clemson freshman receiver Tee Higgins has skills.

Higgins was the highest-rated signee in Clemson's heralded 2017 class according to ESPN, Scout, and 247 Sports. As a senior, he had 68 receptions for 1,044 yards and 18 touchdowns.
