Former Clemson basketball player Tanner Smith was named an Atlanta Braves Community Hero on Monday for his work with his non-profit organization 'Tanner Totes' that provides care packages and support for kids with cancer for the last 15 years.

Check out the following video as Smith was surprised with the community award and given $5,000 to his charity by the Atlanta Braves.

Great Job Tanner for continuing this great idea impacting so many children's lives throughout the years!
