Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan had a surprise visit to the Canisius team meeting room as they prepared for their game against St. Francis for the Monsignor Martin High School Athletic Association Championship.

Ryan gave them a motivational speech about his son and Clemson.

Canisius ended up winning 31-20 to win the title.
