WATCH: Peake with impressive TD grab vs. Jaguars

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson wide reciever Charone Peake had an impressive 17-yard catch from quarterback Geno Smith in the second quarter of his first NFL preseason game on Thursday night.

Peake had already been getting positive reviews out of Jets' camp with many several notable catches at practice according to reports. This will only help him as he tries to attain a roster spot with the Jets.

He had 50 receptions for 716 yards and five touchdowns last season at Clemson. For his collegiate career, he had 99 catches for 1172 yards and ten scores.

He was a seventh-round draft pick by the Jets in the 2016 NFL Draft.
