by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson dual-sport star Kyle Parker is trying his best to stay in the major leagues. Parker made a tremendous leaping catch while colliding with a fan in left field.

Parker's leaping catch was SportsCenter's Number 1 Play with 55% of the vote.

He singled in the tying run (Ben Paulsen) in the 9th inning against the Mariners to make the game 5-5. The two teams are currently headed into extra inning in Coors Field.

Update: Rockies won 7-5 in 11 innings and Parker went 1-5 with a RBI and two strikeouts.
