Former Clemson defensive backs and current Vikings' rookies Mackensie Alexander and Jayron Kearse both had interceptions in the fourth quarter to seal the win against the Chargers on Sunday afternoon.

NFL scouts were worried about Alexander's ball skills before the NFL draft, and it was one of the main reasons he slipped to the second round. However, both Alexander and Kearse have two interceptions apiece (vs. Bengals and Chargers) so far during the NFL preseason.
