Video Description: This weekend marks the end of the 100 Deadly Days of Summer on South Carolina roadways. Fatalities are down (190 this year compared to 203 last year at this time). We want to end the summer on a good note. This weekend, the kickoff of football season will converge with Labor Day travel. Be a team player by helping us keep our roads safe. Please designate a driver if you are planning on tailgating during the big game. State patrols and law enforcement agencies from South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina are teaming up for Hands Across the Border, an enforcement effort focused on preventing impaired driving. The goal is to be a united front in the fight against the deadly crime of DUI.
