Vegas rooting hard for Alabama over Clemson

The National Championship matchup featuring Clemson and Alabama will finally start tonight at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla.

The current Vegas line has Alabama as a 6.5 point favorite over Clemson. However, the money has been pouring in for the Tigers to upset the Crimson Tide.

Several betting services have 70% of the bettors picking Clemson and the points against Alabama.

"We will be rooting hard for 'Bama," said CG Technology sportsbooks in Las Vegas via Sportsline.com. "An outright Clemson win would be the worst."

The Clemson win certainly wouldn't be the worst for Tiger fans as they look for their first National Championship title since 1981.
