Clemson (8-0, 5-0 ACC) has opened as a 27 point favorite against Syracuse (4-4, 2-2 ACC) on Saturday afternoon at Death Valley.

The #3 Tigers won 37-34 in a thrilling road win against Florida State on Saturday night at Doak Campbell Stadium. The Seminoles fell five spots to #19 overall in the AMWAY Coaches poll.

Clemson is an impressive 18-2 in one-score games since 2011 and the Florida State win was also the program's ninth straight road win which is a school record.

Syracuse has been hot in the last weeks with wins over Virginia Tech and Boston College. They need two wins out of their final four games in the regular season to be bowl eligible for the first time since 2013.
