Clemson (4-0, 1-0 ACC) has opened on Sunday as a 3.5 point favorite for Saturday night's 8:00 pm EST battle against Louisville (4-0, 2-0 ACC) at Death Valley.

Sunday 6:30 pm update: The line has changed to a two-point favorite for Clemson against Louisville.

Clemson won 26-7 against Georgia Tech on Thursday night at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Louisville rolled over Marshall 59-28 on Saturday night at Joan C. Edwards Stadium in Huntington, West Virginia.

If the spread holds, it will be the first time this season that Louisville will be an underdog this season. They were slight favorites against Florida State just before kickoff.

Something will have to give in the top five contest as the Tigers are ranked #3 in total defense behind only Miami and Kansas State while Louisville is ranked #1 in total offense in the nation.

Clemson is ranked #5 in scoring defense at 11 points per game, 15th in rush defense, and 3rd in pass defense.

Clemson has won two close games against Louisville the last two years.
