Two former Clemson players sent to IR

Former Clemson standouts C.J. Spiller and Dwayne Allen are headed to their team's respective injured reserve list for the final regular season of the NFL.

Spiller is out with a leg injury while Allen is out with a calf injury.

Spiller had 36 rushes for 112 yards, 34 catches (on 44 targets) for 239 yards, and two receiving touchdowns on the season.

Allen had 16 receptions for 109 yards and a receiving touchdown on the season. He will be a free agent after the season.
