Trooper Bill: "Support your community passionately"

by - Assoc. Editor -

Trooper Bill Rhyne of the South Carolina Highway patrol was fired up on Saturday night in the seconds leading up to the kickoff of the Clemson-Louisville game.

Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson was seen hyping up the crowd and the trooper was also seen nearby fired up cheering on his in-state team.

"Yes that is me," Trooper Rhyne tweeted. "I've learned in my career, "serve your community fair and impartially" "support your community passionately."

His photo has gone viral with it being circulated and shared on the Internet since Saturday.
