CBSSports.com has released its latest 2016 NFL Big Board on Wednesday and three Clemson starting defensive players made the coveted list.

Clemson defensive end Shaq Lawson was rated as the #17 player for the upcoming 2016 NFL Mock Draft.

"This has been a breakout campaign from Lawson, who has 13.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks on the year," CBSSports.com said. "Lawson's compact frame and power make him equally effective against the run as the pass, where he shows surprising initial quickness and agility, as well as a terrific motor."

Lawson has 54 tackles and been named to the Lombardi Watch list this season.

Mackensie Alexander was rated as the #29 overall player despite being only a redshirt sophomore.

"Sporting an athletic, compact frame more like a running back than most corners, Alexander already passes the eye test," CBSSports.com said. "He doesn't have the preferred height but offers excellent man-to-man cover skills."

Alexander has 19 tackles and four pass breakups on the season and is a current Jim Thorpe Award Semifinalist.

Clemson safety Jayron Kearse was also listed as the #32 overall player on their NFL Big Board.

Kearse has 51 tackles, five pass breakups and an interception on the season.
