Chief Operating Officer of the Orange Bowl Committee, Michael Saks stated, "Enhancing the fan experience and empowering fans with new and exciting ways to make special game day memories is a priority for the Orange Bowl Committee. We appreciate the lengths college football fans go to attend this game and we want to ensure they have the best experience possible. Working with Experience allows us to do this for the fans."

Prior to the game, Discover Orange Bowl ticket holders will be contacted by email with information on seat upgrades and other experiences that can then be purchased via smartphone by visiting orangebowl.expapp.com. Seat upgrades and experiences will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis for existing ticket holders.
