was 7-12 passing for 92 yards and a touchdown Thursday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. He also ran 3 times for 16 yards.

Boyd is still listed as the fourth quarterback on the Jets' team depth chart and the team will have to get their roster down to 53 by Saturday.

He told the media after the game: “That’s the thing, you really never know what to expect out of college,” Boyd said. “You have this perception, it’s like when you play video games right? You’ve got your guys there from college, you trade them over to Madden and their ratings drop a little bit. But it’s actually that big of a leap.”

Also, Boyd said on instagram: "1st TD felt amazing unbelievably blessed to play this game."
