TigerNet's Throwback Thursday is a video to celebrate the life of former Clemson president R.C. Edwards and his contribution to Clemson.

“R.C. Edwards was a giant in the history of Clemson University. No president will ever surpass his dedicated service to his alma mater nor his impact on all aspects of life at Clemson,” said former Clemson President James F. Barker.

Swinney and the 2008 football team visited Edwards in his last few days before his passing.

Note: Dabo Swinney's 45th birthday is today.
